Context

Local service businesses are usually one of two things online, a cheap template or an over designed brochure. Paws & Shine needed to feel premium and personal at the same time, on a phone, in one thumb scroll.

Approach

I built the site around a single job, get a dog owner from a social bio to an appointment request quickly. Pricing, services and trust cues sit high on the page. Everything else supports that path.

Decisions

  • Mobile first layout with generous tap targets.
  • Real photography treated as the hero, not as decoration.
  • Transparent pricing to remove friction before contact.
  • A short, friendly appointment request in place of long forms.

Delivered

  • Responsive marketing website
  • Services, pricing and gallery sections
  • Appointment request flow

Outcome

Designed to make a local service business feel trustworthy, premium and effortless to book.
